The Kenwood Cottage is located minutes from many world class wineries in the heart of Sonoma Valley. This “French country cottage” has all the conveniences of your own home coupled with a fabulous location in the wine country.

With a location down a country lane, you quickly leave the noise and crowds behind, yet world class wineries are less than one mile away. There are beautiful wine roads all over the world, rambling through Tuscany and Provence, or along the Rhine in Germany's Rheingau. But you needn't cross the ocean to find some. The route, coming into Kenwood as you drive north through Sonoma Valley, the mountains ribbed with hillside vineyards, is in the same league.

Located just off of highway 12, the Cottage is 20 minutes north of Sonoma Square and 15 min south of Santa Rosa. While there are plenty of wineries to choose from in the area, should you decide to experience more of what the Napa/Sonoma wine region has to offer, the Cottage is centrally located.  Driving times (minutes) to other famous wine regions:

• Carneros Region - 25 min
• Russian River - 30
• Calistoga - 35
• Healdsburg / Dry Creek Valley - 40
• Napa Valley / Yountville / St. Helena- 40

If you are flying in, San Francisco and Oakland airports are the most convenient at ~75 minutes away depending on traffic.

As this two bedroom home is also our vacation home, we have included all of today’s modern amenities: High speed wireless Wifi, 62" high definition TV with DVR and numerous HD channels, fully equipped kitchen including oils, spices, coffee, sugar, propane Weber BBQ, hot tub, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, free long distance phone calls, working desk /chair and large monitor to connect your laptop, even two bikes to explore the wine country. Oh and we just added a Ms. Pacman cocktail style game table with over 200 different classic arcade games.
